   I am not sure if this is working . I have used it about 3 weeks daily. Am sure it will take much longer to get results. For the price,,,I am hopeing that it will work miracles,,,haha

   I actually had good success with this product when I got it. WHILE it works, it’s great.

   The problem is, the stupid thing breaks/stops working really easily, and their customer service is horrible…the warranty is even cheaper than the product itself, so they don’t stand behind their own product.

   Unlike my beloved Clarisonic, which I have had for 3 years now with NO PROBLEMS, the Tanda is a shoddily-made piece of garbage.

   I am now the proud owner of a $200 paperweight. I am now trying to find another provider of a similar product — but one with GOOD customer service that STAND BEHIND its own product. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

   I purchased this product over a year ago. I had to return it 4 times. It works for 2 months then stops. They always claimed they fixed the problem but they didn’t. I finally returned it the last time and was told I would get a refund in May and it is September and still no refund even though I call every couple weeks to remind them. They always claim that someone is on vacation, or they lost my receipt (so had to resend) etc. I don’t ever think they have any intentions of giving me a refund…so now I have nothing. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Dealing with their customer service at Tanda will cause you more skin problems from their lack of honesty.

   I have the tanda regenrate (red head) and the tanda clear (blue head)

   I love my tanda, but this is the third one that I have had problems with. I think this is a great product, but it does take a long time. I don’t mind the time, because I think that having clear skin is worth it. However I keep having problems with my tanda. I really want them to work but they all stop working after just a little while. It is very strange, because I have the tanda clear, and I also have the red head. The red head has never given me a problem but this is the blue clear head always does. Hopefully I will get one that works, because I really want to keep my tanda. It is worth yet another try. I have called the company but the have not called me back. Good thing I got this from Sephora. Sephora has been very helpful with trying to find me one that works. I would only buy it from Sephora or somewhere you can bring it back, because Tanda didn’t want to even call me back. I also have a zeno. I have been using my zeno a lot less since I have had my Tanda. I like the Tanda better, because the Zeno leaves a red mark on my face for hours. I only use my zeno at night.

   I purchased the Tanda about 5 weeks ago. Started noticing lightening of my hyperpigmentation spots at about 3 weeks. Then I lost my cord on a trip…bummer. I started looking for a replacement, but not easy to find. I googled and found nothing. So I contacted Tanda by email and without question or charge they mailed me a replacement cord in about 4 days. Love the product. Extremely impressed by customer service.
