I’ve been looking for a soft pillow that provides firm support. I wish I would have bought this one first. It does exactly what I want it to do. I’ve wasted a lot of money on fancy pillows that don’t perform up to my expectations. This pillow is the best. It doesn’t fall flat and provides lots of support while still being soft. The only down side is that at first it had a faint smell of latex, but once I washed the cover, the smell was gone. I would recommend this pillow to anyone. Try this pillow before wasting your money on a $300 memory foam pillow that falls flat.
This pillow is just what I was looking for. I was averaging a new pillow every month as they would all get “head dents” in them. I was a little concerned that this pillow, being foam, would have a terrible odor but to my surprise I was able to use it right out of the package with no noticeable odor. It is just the right firmness for me and I am now able to get a decent night’s sleep.
Great for people that sleep on their back and not bad for those sleeping on their sides. It seems less than firm (as others have said) which is why I got it. I agree that it is a springy/bouncy pillow. There are no pressure points. My entire face/head feels equally supported.
Paid $42.56 for a King and shipping was free. Purchased on 06-20-2010 directly from Amazon.

My standard-size pillow is very supportive and resilient, and is by far the best pillow I have ever owned. This was also my girlfriend’s favorite pillow and she wanted one too, so I decided to purchase one for her. Three months later I purchased the same exact pillow (same name and brand, same customer reviews, standard size, firm support, both shipped via Amazon Prime) and was surprised to see that the two pillows offered very different levels of support. While my first pillow was very supportive and comfortable this new one provided very little support, so I decided to remove the cotton pillow case and see what was causing the difference in support. In the supportive pillow there were small holes that were uniform throughout the whole pillow that were just a bit smaller in diameter than a pencil. In the unsupportive pillow these holes were two times the size. I find it misleading that pillows that offer drastically different levels of support are being sold under the same name with the same customer reviews.
I ordered two pillows for our new king bed. These pillows are wonderful, and better than the description. They are firm enough for support but soft enough for relaxation. They are high enough for side sleepers to be comfortable. The covers are quality material. After checking on the internet and in local stores, Amazon offered them at a much better price. When needing pillows again, I will order Beautyrest from Amazon.
