   A lover of all things vintage, I have been buying 1928 jewelry and getting it as gifts for years. My latest purchase is this blue necklace, which I love. It is substantial yet unfussy, with beads and faux stones in three shades of blue: pale sapphire, sky, and periwinkle. Its biggest stone, of dull, pale sapphire, is delightfully transluscent.
