   well, i have to say that i was a little disappointed that i was not actually able to send a ‘personalized’ message to my friend’s new family…actually i’m not even sure they knew this gift was from me. description sounded good though…

   edit: from the response to my comment i can only assume that things were handled appropriately and withdraw any negative review i previously assigned.
