   I’m a side sleeper and always woke up with my neck in a knot. Not anymore thanks to this pillow. It’s very firm (perfection!) and I wake up relaxed and comfortable now. I actually can’t wait to go to sleep because this pillow is so comfortable.

   As for the smell I noticed a very faint chemical smell the first day I bought the pillow but that was it. I put it in a normal pillow case and have not noticed any chemical smell since then. I love this pillow more than you can possibly imagine. I’m getting ready for a business trip and am dreading the week without it.

   The smell on these pillows is very strong. I left them outside for about 3 days and when that didn’t work, I washed them. This helped but if you are very sensitive to smell, don’t buy these. I would return them but with the shipping and restocking fee, it is not worth it.

   I have been looking for a pillow thats springy and soft. Slept so great on the first night I got it home. LOVE THIS PILLOW. Yes it had a bit of an odor but I know that will go away and it didnt bother me. I am ordering two more!!!!! May even give one as a gift. This is the perfect pillow!

   The reviews lulled me into purchasing this pillow. I have used contoured memory foam for years but found it to be very warm. Hearing this would be very cool (literally) and zoned I expected performance similar to my memory foam currently.

   This pillow is drastically different.

   First: This is NOT FIRM, there is nothing firm about this and it could not possibly be more plush. I like an overly firm pillow and have felt firmer plush pillows in the store. I did indeed verify my order and packaging because I could not believe this passed as firm.

   2. The zones are completely unnoticeable. I tried to find a breaking point or using my hands to feel a difference – I couldn’t. It all felt very soft if you ask me.

   3. The pillows “firmness” comes in a non linear fashion. You sink down and its like laying on an industrial coil spring – as you compress more you just stop compressing. The pillow is very VERY bouncy. I feel like I am laying on a mouse trap ready to bounce me across the bed it is the strangest feeling compared to a normal pillow.

   Its also very large and when it compresses under your head that which is around your face does not. I find pressure on my sinus laying on my side and the pillow is invasive in the space I reserve for my face. I feel claustrophobic with it

   Lastly, it was in fact very cool to the touch as stated, and it did not have any smell whatsoever out of the bag. This earned it a star.

   Otherwise? High promises but poor performance. I will take my memory foam or a dead hotel pillow any day over this. I am not a picky pillow person, but I am a person who wont pick this pillow. How anyone can stand it is beyond me.

   Purchased this pillow after reading the reviews and figured the smell would eventually dissipate. Unfortunately, after leaving it outside in our dry heat (no way this was coming in my house!) for over a week and washing the cover it still was quite ripe.

   Liquid latex on a hot model with some Young Living essential oils would be entertaining in bed. However, aromatic latex pillows are not my idea of sweet dreams so this stinker is getting kicked to the curb!

   It does looks well made and has a nice cover and packaging and did find it comfortable yet perhaps my olfactory is more sensitive than others?
