the design of these dont work properly for me because the pillow is reasonably dense and the upper leg rests uncomfortably at an angle and hits pressure points on my lower leg’s ankle area. the quality and construction isnt whats at fault its just the fact that your ankle area needs lift and support also. i tried this for a few days but am back to my cheap costco memory foam body pillow that covers the knees, ankles and feet.

basically i think the bodypillow is your best bet.

I was always using a pillow to put between my legs when I went to bed even tho it was comfortable it was a little inconvenient. And basically this is perfect, my only nitch with this is that I was it was just a little bit thicker (and thats just a personal preference) I switch the position of the pillow probably every night. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for more comfort while falling asleep!

I ordered this support pillow because of a recurring problem with sciatica. The pillow is too thick and not comfortable to use. I’ve gone back to using a regular pillow. Hope this help those considering this purchase.

Great product. The shape helps it stay put while it turn from side to side at night. It is probably .75″ to 1.25″ thicker than I would prefer, but i have been using it for the last year, to the point that my lower back is uncomfortable if I do not use it. If you’re a side sleeper and suffer from lower back issues or don’t like your knees knocking together, this may be perfect for you. Unfolding it half-ways and using it to prop up both your legs is pretty much useless as it’s way to thin when unfolded.

  5. Uncle Ed says:

I bought this for my wife, who sleeps on her side and wanted a pillow smaller than a regular bed pillow to put between her legs. This one is fairly firm and would be great for between your knees, but she wants something for just above her knees and says it’s too hard for that. So it’s a matter of where you’re going to use it.
