   If you’re pregnant, don’t even think twice. Just order it now! This pillow saved me through two pregnancies and I still sleep with it now a year later because it does a great job supporting my still-aching lower back. I also had a lot of hip pain and could NOT sleep without the Comfort-U in between my knees. I agree with everyone else that it works best in a king bed if your husband wants more than three inches of edge space. This is hands-down the best, most important pregnancy-related product on the market. It will help you get countless hours of much needed rest. I even took this pillow to the hospital with me for the second baby. It’s much better than a boppy for breastfeeding in bed!

   I’m over 6 feet tall and knew that the shorter body pillows weren’t going to work for me. I just wish I had ordered it sooner as I am also 8 and a half months pregnant. It supports me while sitting up and reading, as much as when I’m laying down and it surrounds me.

   I don’t think I’ll go back to normal pillows. Plus this will be perfect for breast feeding and having the baby lay with me. I’ve already used my 2 month old niece to practice with. She loves to be propped up to see what’s going on. Or when laying with me, it sort of creates our space.

   All good thoughts on this body pillow. Saved me a lot of back pain.

   This pillow was great until the second week, when the seam on the inside of the U ripped. All the filling started pouring out. The covering was extremely thin, so it continued to rip and was unrepairable. A waste of money!

   I got this pillow while I was in my first trimester and having bad sleep due to lower back pain. I put a regular pillow behind my back, which helped, but I was still up throughout the night. From night #1 with my “U-Pillow” I was able to sleep peacefully. I’m usually a back sleeper, but this pillow has made it possible for me to sleep primarily on my left side (as recommended by most pregnancy books). Now I’m in my second trimester and I can’t imagine being without this pillow. For me, this is the perfect mix of mushy cushion and support, which I was worried about since I don’t think it’s returnable. It’s only a few months old at this point, and it’s held up extremely well with a lot of use.

   Not only is this pillow too big for any bed smaller than a king size, but if you have a petite frame, or just prefer a flat pillow, it is way to fluffy. It is a huge pillow, and was impossible to keep in one position. It was hard to adjust because of its size, I even fell out of bed one morning. Also, it is not comfortable for extended periods of time, such as all night.
