These pods are ESE pods for Espresso machines that use pods made
specifically for these Espresso Coffee machines. They do not work in
pod coffee makers. It’s too bad that Amazon doesn’t do it’s homework
If you zoom in closely to the picture it specifically says in the green
label it’s for ESE machines.
I wasn’t sure about trying this but the price was right
and I was pleasantly surprised at the strong taste
and beautiful cream on top of each cup. I will buy again.
As another review notes, the product description doesn’t say these are smaller pods that are only 72% the size of a normal single serving pod for a Senseo. The water blows right past the pod… would be great if you enjoyed coffee-scented warm water! I hope to have a good experience with the return, but I opened a box and wasted a pod discovering the facts.
I ordered these for my Krups Home Cafe Pod coffee maker. Even though they look totally different from the Baronet pods I’ve been using, I thought I would try one, which was a big mistake. The pod leaked grounds into the machine and clogged it up. It took quite a while to clean it out. I don’t see anything on the Amazon description that would have alerted me to the fact that these pods don’t work in some machines. I know someone else said they used it in a Senseo, but the Senseo I had before I got the Krups used the same size pods as the Krups (60 mm). I hope Amazon will take them back!!
I make a cup of Espresso every morning for my wife and myself. We love the rich flavor of the Baronet espresso. We carry it with us on all our trips so we can always enjoy a GREAT cup! Thank you Baronet for the Organic brands!
